Warranty - Hit for 6

12 Months (Steel Bracket), 3 Months Flexible Rod & Ball) Limited Warranty

You can be assured that “Hit For 6” is of high quality, durability standards and is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal application, use and installation.

A 12 months limited warranty applies to the “Hit for 6” steel bracket and 3 months for flexible rod and ball . This warranty does not apply to defects due directly or indirectly to misuse, negligence or accidents (refer to warning). The distributors of “Hit for 6” will, in no event, be liable for death or injuries to persons or any property or equipment damage using this product (refer to warning). The warranty does not cover any consequential expenses beyond the warranty repair of “Hit For 6” itself. All parts and components of the “Hit for 6” apparatus must be used for the purposes for which it is intended and any mishandling or misuse will not be covered under this warranty (refer to warning). The distributors of “Hit For 6” will, at its option, either repair or replace any component of “Hit for 6”. This warranty will be considered null and void if any of the “Hit For 6” components are modified or tampered with in any way other than normal intended use. It also becomes null and void if “Hit For 6” has been subjected to misuse, neglect or accident or has been damaged through abuse, alteration, improper installation or application, or negligence in use, transportation, handling or storage or repair by anyone other than “Hit for 6” distributors.
